Susanna Chan

Susanna Chan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in compensation and human resources. From January 2015 to June 2019, Susanna served as Group Vice President for Compensation and HR Technology at Charter Communications, where responsibilities included managing comprehensive compensation programs for a large workforce while expanding oversight to the HR Technology organization. Prior to this role, Susanna worked at Towers Watson from March 1999 to August 2010, progressing from Senior Consultant to Group Vice President, Compensation, and VP, Compensation and Talent Planning, providing strategic advisory services to enhance business performance through effective human capital investments. Susanna holds an MBA in Organizational Leadership from the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis and a BA in Economics, Philosophy, and English from Washington University.
