Tim Mahoney

Tim Mahoney is an experienced executive in workplace and facilities management, serving as the Vice President at Charter Communications since February 2020. In this role, Tim leads a team that manages a vast portfolio of approximately 25 million square feet across nearly 4,000 properties, supporting over 90,000 employees nationwide. Prior to Charter Communications, Tim held various senior leadership positions at Wells Fargo from 1988 to 2019, including roles that focused on corporate real estate, asset and portfolio management, and market expansion. Tim's extensive experience in real estate management and strategic portfolio oversight is underscored by a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Florida State University.
