Sandra Ketchen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Sandra is currently serving as the Vice Chair on the Board of Directors at Home Care Ontario, a member-based organization representing home care providers in Ontario. Prior to this, Sandra was the President & CEO at Spectrum Health Care (SHC) and held the position of Board Member at NGen Canada, focusing on advancing the manufacturing sector in Canada. Sandra also served as a Board Member at ventureLAB, a non-profit organization supporting innovation and entrepreneurship.

In addition, Sandra has contributed their expertise as a Board Member at the Mackenzie Innovation Institute (Mi²), where they were involved in developing and implementing health innovation projects. Sandra also served as a Member of the Board of Advisors at Convergence.Tech, a digital transformation firm, and held leadership roles at SE Health, a national healthcare network, where they oversaw operations and delivered quality care services.

Earlier in their career, Sandra held senior leadership positions at ATS Automation, Inc., where they were responsible for driving growth and managing global customer accounts, and at Celestica, Inc., where they led the healthcare market segment and managed global customer telecommunications accounts.

Sandra Ketchen's education history is as follows:

From 2018 to 2019, Sandra attended the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management, where they completed the ICD Rotman - Directors Education Program.

Between 1997 and 2002, Sandra pursued their MBA at the Schulich School of Business - York University, specializing in Strategy and Corporate Finance.

In the years 1992 to 1994, Sandra studied at McMaster University, earning a Master's degree in Civil (environmental) Engineering.

From 1987 to 1992, Sandra attended the University of Waterloo, where they completed their Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
