Zack Papes

Zack Papes is a seasoned sales and management professional with extensive experience in the real estate and retail sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of Sales at Spectrum Communications & Consulting, LLC, since April 2022, Zack previously held the position of Real Estate Broker at Pioneer Realty Group from June 2019 to April 2022, where responsibilities included managing over 200 transactions totaling over $4.5 million and co-founding a successful sales team. Prior roles at Target spanned nearly eight years, culminating in the position of Executive Team & Sales Manager, where Zack oversaw substantial sales operations and drove significant productivity improvements across multiple stores in the St. Louis and Greater Chicago Area. Zack holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Webster University and a Master’s Degree in Advertising from the Academy of Art University.
