Sudharsan Rajaguru

Sudharsan Rajaguru has had a long and successful career in the financial and educational sectors. Sudharsan began their career in 2007 as a Customer Relationship Manager at Citifinancial Consumer Finance India Ltd. Sudharsan then moved to American Express in 2009 as a Relationship Manager. Following this, they worked as a Store Manager at Reliance Communications in 2010. In 2011, they became a Senior Area Manager at Muthoot Fincorp Ltd., where they managed a business of over 63 branches with more than 240 staffs and 108 crores of assets. In 2014, they took on the role of Area Sales Manager at SBI Card, where they handled a sales team of 40 members. In 2015, they became the Area Manager at IIFL (India Infoline Group), where they were responsible for managing a Gold loan portfolio of 76 Crs with 54 branches and 210 staffs. In 2016, they took on the role of Regional Manager at Educational Initiatives. Most recently, in 2022, they became the Regional Head at SpEd@home.

Sudharsan Rajaguru attended SRM University from 2004 to 2006, where they earned a degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. From 2000 to 2003, they attended MADURAI INSTITUTE OF SOCIAL SCIENCE COLLEGE, where they earned a Bsc in Computer Science.
