Ilah Hardesty has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries. In 2010, they worked as a Sign Language Interpreter and Communications and Mediation professional. ilah also has over 20 years of experience in office and business management. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a Sign Language Interpreter and Marketing and Public Relations professional at the Speech and Language Development Center. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Property Manager at Long Beach Apartment Properties, Inc., where they managed a 51 unit complex and later a 60 unit complex. In 2013, they were a student at Pacific West College of Law. In 2016, they worked as a Property Manager at Labri Management, Inc. Currently, they are employed as a Certified Master Hypnotist - Hypnotherapist at Mar Vista Hypnotherapy, where they help individuals through vocational/avocational self-improvement using hypnosis and hypnotherapy techniques.

Ilah Hardesty completed a Bachelor's degree in Certified Hypnotherapy from the Hypnosis Motivation Institute in 2018. Prior to that, they studied at the Pacific West College of Law from 2013 to 2016, where they were anticipating a Juris Doctor degree. Ilah also holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Business Management, along with an Associate's degree, from the University of Phoenix, which they earned from 2006 to 2011.
