Myron Hayden has extensive work experience in the field of contact centers and solutions architecture. From 2000 to 2016, they worked as a Senior Principal at eLoyalty, a TeleTech Company. In 2016, they joined Speech-Soft Solutions as a Senior Solutions Architect before being promoted to Director of the US Contact Center in January 2018. Currently, Myron holds the position of Vice President at Speech-Soft Solutions.
Myron Hayden obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Bowling Green State University, which they attended from 1985 to 1989.
