Vianey Navarrete

Vianey Navarrete has a diverse work experience. Vianey began their career in 2015 as a Renewal Account Manager at ServiceSource, where they were responsible for building a pipeline of SMB prospects for the Spanish, UK & Ireland markets, assessing business opportunities and using data to inform decision making and persuade others, maintaining the integrity of client information, negotiating up and cross-selling products, generating leads, providing accurate sales forecasts to management, and creating strong relationships with existing and potential clients. In the same year, they took on a role as Major Incident Management at Microsoft, where they were responsible for driving and setting up a major incident support call, mobilizing the required resources, ensuring each reported problem is resolved in a timely manner (per SLA), and tracking and escalating as appropriate. In 2021, they began working as a Latam Sales Consultant Director at Speechace, where they are a sales advisor for speech recognition for language learners. Her vision is to make practicing and improving speaking attainable without intensive 1 on 1 instruction.
