Amee Shah

Amee Shah is a Full Professor of Health Science at Stockton University, where Amee has served since August 2021, and also holds the position of Director and Principal Research Investigator at the Cross-Cultural Speech, Language & Acoustics Lab. Amee is the CEO/Director of the EBAM Institute and a prominent communication coach for medical professionals, focusing on cross-cultural communication and accent management. Amee's extensive experience includes training various professionals across multiple sectors to enhance communication skills and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion. Amee's educational background is robust, with multiple degrees, including a Ph.D. in Speech & Hearing Sciences from The Graduate Center, CUNY, and post-doctoral studies in Neurolinguistics from McGill University. Amee has been recognized as an award-winning thought leader, published poet, and international speaker, contributing significantly to the fields of speech-language pathology and intercultural communication.
