Michelle Tristani

Michelle Tristani serves as the Corporate Director of Memory Care at Benchmark Senior Living since November 2016, focusing on the Mind & Memory approach to enhance the lives of individuals living with dementia. Currently, Michelle also holds the position of Regional Director of Resident Services for Memory Care, Engagement, and Programming at Elder at Home since January 2023 and works as a private consultant as an INELDA End of Life Doula. Michelle's experience includes guest lecturing on various speech-language pathology topics at SpeechPathology.com and serving as a Speech Language Pathologist PRN at St. Elizabeth's Medical Center until March 2024. Prior roles include significant positions at Kindred Healthcare, where Michelle developed and presented multiple educational training programs and contributed to clinical practice improvements as the National Speech Pathology Clinical Specialist for Alzheimer's disease and related dementias. Michelle earned a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Rhode Island and a bachelor's degree from Boston College.
