Heath Owen is an Associate Attorney at Speed, Seta, Martin, Trivett, Stubley, & Fickling, LLC, since April 2022. Previously, Heath gained valuable experience as a Legal Intern at the South Carolina Conservation Bank from January 2020 to May 2023, where responsibilities included reviewing grant requests and easement contracts, evaluating land parcels, and conducting legal research related to the bank's objectives. As a Law Clerk at HARRIS AND GRAVES P.A. from May 2017 to May 2023, Heath conducted legal research and drafted various legal documents while assisting with trial strategy. Heath obtained a Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law in May 2020, where involvement included achievement as a Trial Advocacy CALI Recipient and participation in mock trial competitions. Education credentials also include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from Presbyterian College earned in 2016.
