Thalita Stephani

Thalita Stephani has extensive experience in human resources consulting and management roles. Thalita began their career in 2004 as a Human Resources Consultant at Drogafarma, where they worked until 2005. Thalita then joined ROS Reestruturação e Organização de Sistemas as a Human Resources Consultant from 2005 to 2008. During this time, they also provided consulting services to various companies such as Dipal Comercial Ltda, Sistema COC de Ensino, and Colégio AaZ, focusing on organizational chart development, job profiling, and career development. In 2008, Thalita worked as a Human Resources Consultant through ROS Consulting at Agrobae. Thalita later joined Speedbird Aero in 2019, initially as HR Manager & Compliance and later transitioning to the role of Office Manager in June 2022.

Thalita Stephani pursued their education in a chronological manner. Thalita first attended Universidade de Franca from 1999 to 2003, where they completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Subsequently, they pursued further studies at the same university and completed a post-graduation program in Education Psychology from 2004 to 2005. Later, Thalita enrolled at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained their MBA degree in Enterprise Management.
