Danny Lee

Danny Lee has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications and media industry. Currently, they hold the position of VP Sales Asia at Speedcast, focusing on key verticals such as Enterprise, Telco, Government, and Broadcast/Media segments. Danny'sresponsibilities include leading teams to achieve high performance and service excellence, as well as being a technology leader in fully managed satellite services. Prior to their role at Speedcast, Danny served as the Executive Director at KT SAT from October 2018 to January 2021. Danny also held the position of Director of Sales at Globecast from March 2016 to September 2018. In addition, Danny has worked in sales roles at Singtel, where they served as the Regional Sales Director from May 2012 to February 2016. Before that, they worked at Sony as a Manager from May 2008 to September 2011 and at Panasonic as an Assistant Manager from July 2007 to May 2008.

Danny Lee completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Mechanical Engineering at the National University of Singapore from 1993 to 1997. Prior to that, they attended Anglo Chinese Junior College from 1989 to 1990, where they studied Science, Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. In addition to their formal education, Danny obtained certifications in Strategic Thinking, Advanced Sales and Marketing Techniques, Decision Making, and Negotiation Skills in July 1997.
