Estefânia Pettersen has extensive experience in legal affairs, currently serving as Director of Legal Affairs for LATAM at Speedcast since January 2017, overseeing legal operations, risk management, and contractual matters in the region. Previous roles include Contracts Manager and Ethics Advisor at Harris CapRock Communications, where Estefânia provided commercial and legal support, and Contract Associate Manager at Accenture, managing contracts and compliance. Earlier experience includes a Senior Contracts Specialist position at Outotec, focusing on contract preparation and negotiation, along with foundational legal training as a trainee at Siqueira Castro Advogados. Estefânia holds an MBA in Management and Business Law from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a law degree from Faculdade de Direito Milton Campos.
