Bozena Gruzd

Bozena Gruzd is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience spanning over two decades in various organizational settings. Currently serving as the Head of HR at Speedgoat since 2025, Bozena previously held the position of Director, HR Business Partner EMEA at Li-Cycle from 2022 to 2024, where responsibilities included HR function setup and cross-border operations in Europe. At SUEK AG from 2016 to 2022, Bozena led HR initiatives across multiple geographies, focusing on Swiss labor law and strategic compensation design. Earlier roles include Head of HR at GENERAL FINANCING BANKAS and HR Project Consultant at Ekonominės konsultacijos ir tyrimai, where Bozena honed skills in performance management, HR process optimization, and client relationship management. Bozena holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Psychology from Vilnius University.
