Fabian Zimmermann

Fabian Zimmermann has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Fabian started their career as a Mechatronics and Industrial Automation Specialist at Meyer Burger Technology Ltd in 2006. From 2012 to 2015, they served as the Head of Technical Product Training in the Customer Service department, where they were responsible for planning and executing technical training programs. In 2015, they took on the role of On-Site Project Manager in South Korea. Fabian managed the installation and commissioning of a solar cell production system. From 2016 to 2018, Fabian held the position of Head of Service Incident Management, overseeing the management and development of the Service Incident Management team at Meyer Burger Technology Ltd. In 2018, they joined Speedgoat as the Head of Corporate Development, where they focused on business process development, data analysis, and intranet and content management.

Fabian Zimmermann has a diverse education history. In 2004, they earned a Professional Bachelor degree in Mechatronics and Industrial Automation from Gibla Gewerblich-Industrielle Berufsschule Langenthal. From 2007 to 2009, they pursued further education and obtained a Specialist diploma in Mechatronics and Industrial Automation from sfb - esg - soa. In 2014, they pursued postgraduate studies in Business Management at gibb Berufsfachschule Bern and earned an Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education. Fabian went on to pursue an Executive Master of Business Administration in General Management at Berner Fachhochschule BFH from 2018 to 2022. In 2023, they obtained a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Cybersecurity and Information Risk Management from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW. Additionally, Fabian Zimmermann has several certifications in various fields, including IT security, data analysis, change management, strategic management, digital business transformation, and Power BI analysis.
