Alvaro Perezcano

Alvaro Perezcano is currently an Associate at Speedinvest. Prior to that, they were a Business Intelligence Analyst at Academic Partnerships LATAM from November 2018 to July 2019. There, they participated in the transition from Startup to consolidated enterprise and developed the procedures and processes to transition towards a data driven company. Alvaro also did a variety of market analysis on the LATAM Edtech landscape.

From November 2016 to December 2018, Alvaro was Co-Founder at Nuup, an application based company designed to connect tutors with students. Alvaro successfully launched beta version.

From August 2016 to July 2019, Alvaro was a High School Teacher at Northridge School Mexico. There, they were a Mathematics and Chemistry teacher and developed new teaching tools and methods to encourage active participation and self-learning from students.
