Courtney Hampton

Courtney Hampton has a diverse work experience, primarily in sales and retail. Courtney started their career as a Merchant Analyst Intern at Best Buy in 2012 before moving on to become a Merchant Analyst from 2013 to 2014. Courtney then joined Target as a Merchandise Planner for Junior's Apparel from 2014 to 2016. Courtney then joined Incipio Group, where they worked as an Account Manager for Mass Retail from 2016 to 2018, and later as a National Account Manager for Mass Retail from 2018 to 2018. Currently, they are working at Speedo, where they started as an Account Executive III for Speedo USA from 2018 to 2022, then became a Sales Manager for Mass Retail from 2022 to 2023, and currently holds the position of Director of Sales, Target from 2023.

Courtney Hampton obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Communications from the University of St. Thomas between the years 2009 and 2013.
