Kaitlin Frehling

Kaitlin Frehling is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and merchandising within the swim industry. Since August 2015, Kaitlin has held various roles at Speedo, including Global Product Senior Manager and Senior Product Merchandiser, while also specializing in competitive softgoods and hardgoods. Prior to Speedo, Kaitlin served as a Competitive Coach at SwimLabs Swim School, focusing on technique for swimmers of all ages and skill levels from August 2018 to January 2020. Kaitlin’s early career included an internship with WCJB TV20, assisting with sports highlights, and serving as a commentator for the Florida Swim Network during key college swim meets. Kaitlin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunications from the University of Florida, earned between 2010 and 2015.
