Aida Pozo

Aida Pozo currently serves as the Head of Finance at Speedoc, focusing on fundraising, investor relations, strategic financial planning, and financial reporting compliance since September 2023. As the Founder, CEO, and Principal Consultant of Kizona since December 2021, Aida provides strategic financial advisory services to SMEs and startups, helping them develop tailored financial strategies. Previously, Aida held the position of Financial Planning & Reporting Manager for FrieslandCampina in Asia, ensuring accurate and timely financial planning and reporting. Aida's experience also includes leadership roles at Expat Consulting Pte Ltd as Head of Finance and Business Development, as well as Finance and Business Development Manager, where Aida improved finance functions and governance. Aida began a finance career at Argus Media as Finance Business Partner and Regional Accountant, and at KOSTAL Group as Financial Controller, managing financial reporting and project accounting. Aida holds an MSc in Accounting Management and a BSc in Business Administration, alongside professional certification from CIMA.
