Kenneth Toh

Kenneth Toh has extensive experience in various human resources roles, starting from their time as an Assistant HR Manager at CWT Pte. Limited in 1994. Kenneth then held positions such as Senior HR Manager at Advanced Systems Automation, Department Manager at TSMC, Director of HR at Chartered Semiconductor ltd, Vice President of Human Resources at SilTerra Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., and Group Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Mentor Media Supply Chain Solutions. In 2017, they co-founded iGetIT Tech Pte. Ltd., followed by a role as Chief Human Resources Officer (Asia) at Pan Asia Logistics in 2018. From 2020 onwards, they have been Co-Founder and Investor at Future Steps Pte. Ltd., as well as the Managing Consultant at Future Steps Executive Consulting. In 2022, they joined Speedoc as the Group Director of People & Culture.

Kenneth Toh holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management from the University of London. Kenneth also obtained a Certificate in Compensation Management from Cornell University in 2000.
