Liz Watchman

Liz Watchman has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Liz currently serves as the Group Director of People and Culture at Jurlique, a position they have held since April 2022. Before that, they were the Head of People and Culture AU & USA at Jurlique from July 2021 to March 2022.

Prior to their role at Jurlique, Liz worked at ARTC where they held multiple positions, including GM People & Culture from February 2020 to March 2021 and GM People Strategy & Specialists from May 2019 to January 2020. Liz also served as an Executive Consultant from October 2018 to April 2019.

Liz began their career at BNZ as the Head of People - BNZ Partners from June 2008 to April 2011 and also worked at Telecom New Zealand as a Business Partner Consumer from 2005 to 2008. Liz'searliest recorded position was as an HR Manager at The Warehouse Ltd from 2003 to 2005.
