Amelia Woodley

Amelia Woodley, FISEP, currently serves as the C-Suite ESG Director at Speedy Hire, where notable achievements include designing and launching an award-winning sustainability strategy, 'The Decade to Deliver', which resulted in a revenue increase of £300 million and secured industry-leading ESG ratings. Prior to this role, Amelia held the position of Head of Sustainability at South Western Railway, providing leadership to enhance sustainability performance. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Network Rail, where Amelia directed significant sustainability initiatives for the Thameslink Programme and the biodiversity net positive programme, as well as project management roles in environmental consultancy with Halcrow and AIG Engineering. Educational qualifications encompass a BSc in Geology and Geography, a Postgraduate Award in Business Leadership, and ongoing studies towards an MBA.
