David Nunn

David Nunn is an experienced professional in estate and property management, currently serving as the Head of Estate Management at Speedy Services since October 2022, where responsibilities include managing a portfolio of approximately 400 properties. Previously, David held the position of Head of Asset & Property Management at Dunlop Heywood from August 2011 to October 2022. Notable prior roles include Estates Manager at Craegmoor Healthcare, where significant acquisitions and lease surrenders were carried out, and Head of Estate Management at Bradford & Bingley plc, managing a large retail property portfolio. David's career began with positions as a Senior Assistant Surveyor at The Burton Group and as a Graduate Surveyor at Sanderson Townend & Gilbert. David Nunn holds a BSc in Land Management from De Montfort University and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
