Steve Pass

Steve Pass has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Steve began their career as a professional footballer at Sheffield Wednesday Football Club from 1993 to 1996. Steve then worked as a self-employed Events Manager from 1999 to 2003, where they handled event planning, staff recruitment, and logistics. In 2003, Steve joined B & Q as a Front End Manager until 2006. Steve then moved on to Speedy Hire PLC, where they held various roles including Regional Sales, Regional Major Account Manager, and National Account Manager Power & Industrial from 2007 to 2020. Currently, Steve is employed at Speedy Services as the Head of Major Accounts (Northern) since August 2022. Throughout their career, they have focused on building relationships, developing cost-effective solutions, and achieving sales targets.

Steve Pass attended All Saints RC from 1988 to 1995 but did not obtain a degree or specialize in a particular field of study. Steve has obtained additional certifications in the High impact communications skill programme from Dale Carnegie Training and MEWPS for Managers from IPAF. Steve also has a certification in PASMA.
