Dr. Martin Norden

Dr. Martin Norden currently serves as Managing Director and Head of Production at Speira Dormagen GmbH since June 2021. Prior experience includes the position of Head of Production Automotive at Hydro Aluminium Rolled Products GmbH from November 2018 to May 2021, and a managerial role at ThyssenKrupp Steel Europe AG from March 2011 to October 2018, where responsibilities included managing operations for various hot dip galvanizing lines and leading process optimization projects. Prior to these roles, Dr. Norden was a Project Engineer (R&D) at Dortmunder Oberflächencentrum GmbH, focusing on advanced high-strength steels. Dr. Norden holds a Dr.-Ing. from RWTH Aachen University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from ESMT Berlin, along with a Diplom Chemieingenieur from Universität Essen-Duisburg.
