Prior to this role, Ishak held similar positions at Norsk Hydro, where responsibilities included managing a team of 70 and leading coil coating technology with a smaller team of 7. With extensive experience at Novelis Deutschland GmbH in product development and previous roles at PPG Industries and BASF Coatings AG, Ishak possesses deep expertise in lacquer development, packaging applications, and various coating processes. Educational credentials include a degree in Chemical Engineering from FH Münster and qualifications as a Chemikant from Hüls AG.
