Paul Grziwa

Paul Grziwa has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Paul is currently the Head of Supply Chain at Speira since April 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Performance Management & Transformation at Speira from June 2021 to March 2023. Before joining Speira, Paul worked at Norsk Hydro from 2010 to 2021, where they held various roles including Head of Transformation Office / Results Delivery Office, Finance Manager, Business Area Controller, Metal Supply Manager, and Contract Administrator. Paul also gained experience at Aluminium Norf GmbH - Alunorf as a Controlling specialist and started their career there as an Industrial Trainee.

Paul Grziwa attended Hochschule Niederrhein from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration.
