Petra Beanow has over 35 years of work experience, starting in 1985 as an Industrial Trainee at AluTeam. Petra later worked as a Contract Administrator at AluTeam from 1987 to 1994. Petra then joined Barclays Physical Trading Limited as a Physical Traders Assistant from 1994 to 1999. Following that, they were self-employed as a café owner at Café Arte from 1999 to 2001. Petra then joined Hydro Aluminium Rolled Products GmbH, where they held various roles. Petra started as a Metal Supply Manager from 2001 to 2010 and later became the Head of Metal Procurement from 2010 to 2021. Currently, Petra works as the Head of Metal Procurement at Speira.
From 2004 to 2008, Petra Beanow attended Verwaltungs- und Wirtschaftsakademie Köln, where they obtained a degree in Betriebswirtin (VWA) with a field of study in Betriebswirtschaft.
