Ahmed Roofi

Ahmed Roofi has a wealth of work experience, having worked at 10 different companies since 2014. Ahmed began their career at FutureNow Technologies as a Software Engineer in 2014 before moving to Punjab Information Technology Board as a Program Officer. In 2015, they joined IBEX | Global as a Software Engineer and was promoted to Senior Software Engineer the same year. Ahmed then moved to Tintash in 2017 as a Senior Software Engineer and to Eat'n in 2019 as a Team Lead. In 2019, they also founded Medycle. In 2020, they joined Cheetay as an Assistant Director Engineering – Backend, and was promoted to Engineering Manager the same year. Ahmed also worked as a Consultant at Datics.ai in 2020. In 2021, they co-founded Diamond Hand and currently works as a Senior Staff Engineer at Spekit.

Ahmed Roofi began their educational journey in 2003 when they attended The City School and completed their O-levels in Pre-Engineering in 2005. Ahmed then attended The City School again in 2005 and completed their A-levels in Pre-Engineering in 2007. In 2007, they enrolled in the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences and completed their BSCS in Computer Science in 2011. Ahmed then returned to the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences in 2015 and completed their Master of Science (M.S.) in Software Project Management in 2017.
