Courtney Scheidt

Courtney Scheidt has over 8 years of experience in the Human Resources and Recruiting fields. Courtney began their career in 2012 as a Commercial Production intern at NBC News. Courtney then worked as a Special Events intern at Comcast Sports Group. In 2013, Courtney accepted a role as a Community Affairs and Production Assistant at Fox Broadcasting Company. Courtney then worked as a Recruiter at ADVANTIS Global Inc. from 2014 to 2017. In 2017, Courtney joined Dialpad as a Manager of Talent Acquisition and Programs. During their time at Dialpad, they held additional roles as a Human Resources Business Partner, HR Programs Manager, and Senior Recruiter. In 2021, Courtney began their current role as Director of People and Recruiting at Spekit.

Courtney Scheidt holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communication, General from Santa Clara University. Courtney also completed a Study Abroad program at Universitat d'Alacant, focusing on Language and Culture.
