Jackie Smith Norton has a vast and varied work experience. π Jackie began their career in 2013 as a Sponsorship employee at Live Nation, followed by an Editorial Assistant for Public Affairs at the College of the Holy Cross. In 2014, they worked as an Advertising & Sales employee at The Hollywood Reporter, and in 2015 they were an Enterprise Business Development Consultant at Oracle. From 2016 to 2020, they worked at Appcues, first as an Account Executive and then as a Customer Success Team Lead. π Jackie then worked as a PLG & Onboarding Consultant in 2020. In 2021, they became an Executive at Pavilion, and in 2022 they became the Director of Customer Onboarding & Success at Spekit. Additionally, in 2022 they were invited to be a Customer Success Coach for Catalyst Coaching Corner.
Jackie Smith Norton has a Bachelor's Degree in English with a Creative Writing Concentration from the College of the Holy Cross and a High School Diploma from Wilbraham and Monson Academy. π Jackie has also obtained certifications from Pavilion's Rising Executives School (August 2022), Pavilion's CCO School (February 2022), Appcues' User Onboarding 101 (November 2021), HubSpot's Inbound Certified (October 2019), and Segment's Analytics Expert (August 2019).
