Nicolle Paradise

Nicolle Paradise, PMP, currently serves as Vice President of Customer Success & Client Experience at Bodine & Co., a consultancy focused on enhancing client experience for enterprise customers, since 2021. Nicolle also holds positions as a Startup Advisor and Angel Investor at Spekit since 2018. Previously, Nicolle was Global Senior Director of Customer Experience & Success at ADP from 2016 to 2021, and Senior Director of Customer Success at Nomis Solutions in 2015-2016. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Vice President of Data Center Project Management at LPL Financial (2011-2015) and General Manager of Client Strategy & Operations at AAV, Inc. (2000-2011). Nicolle holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Project Management credential from UC San Diego, along with a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
