Jennifer Caveney (nee Spilling)

Jennifer Caveney (nee Spilling) has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Jennifer is currently working at Spektrix as a Global Talent Acquisition Partner, where their responsibilities include using cloud-based software and consultative customer support to help arts organizations grow revenue and build stronger relationships with their audiences.

Prior to their current role, Jennifer worked at Moody's Corporation as a Senior Recruiter and Co-Chair of the Pride Business Resource Group (BRG). In their role as Co-Chair, they led the strategic direction of the Pride BRG, advocated for a work environment that supports LGBTQ+ professionals, and collaborated with external partners to promote inclusion. As a Senior Recruiter, Jennifer was responsible for recruitment in the EMEA region and served as a champion for the Pride BRG.

Before joining Moody's Corporation, Jennifer worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner for Melbourne Water, a government-owned organization responsible for managing water supply, treatment, and drainage systems in Victoria, Australia. Jennifer also gained recruitment experience at Oliver James Associates, where they focused on engaging with finance, audit, risk, and compliance professionals in the FMCG and Retail sector across London.

Jennifer's earlier experience includes roles at Discover International and Kintec Recruitment Ltd, where they worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant and Recruitment Consultant, respectively. At Discover International, they specialized in headhunting and placing Clinical Research Associates in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. At Kintec Recruitment, they recruited oil and gas professionals globally within the Structural, Electrical, and Mechanical engineering fields.

Jennifer Caveney (née Spilling) completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Sport Development from Edge Hill University, which they attended from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, they attended Aquinas College from 2006 to 2008, although no degree or field of study was specified during this period. Jennifer's secondary education took place at St Anne's R.C High School from 2001 to 2006, although no degree or field of study was specified at this level either.

In addition to their formal education, Jennifer obtained several certifications. In February 2016, they received a Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instructing (Gym) from the Register of Exercise Professionals. During the same month, they also obtained a Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training from the same institution.
