Jennifer Caveney (nee Spilling) has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Jennifer also gained recruitment experience at Oliver James Associates, where they focused on engaging with finance, audit, risk, and compliance professionals in the FMCG and Retail sector across London.

Jennifer's earlier experience includes roles at Discover International and Kintec Recruitment Ltd, where they worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant and Recruitment Consultant, respectively. At Discover International, they specialized in headhunting and placing Clinical Research Associates in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Jennifer Caveney (née Spilling) completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Sport Development from Edge Hill University, which they attended from 2008 to 2011.
