David Sugden McIob

David Sugden MCIOB is a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience in the construction industry. Currently, David works at Speller Metcalfe since June 2021, following a tenure at Stepnell from April 2019 to June 2021. Prior positions include Project Manager roles at Kier Group (August 2016 - April 2019) and Interserve Construction (February 2010 - July 2016), where David also held the titles of Construction Manager and Senior Engineer. Earlier in the career, David served as a Senior Engineer at Balfour Beatty Construction from July 2004 to February 2010. David holds a degree in Construction Management from The Nottingham Trent University (2002 - 2006) and is currently pursuing membership in the Chartered Institute of Building.
