David Burgess

David Burgess has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. David started their career at Hubbell, Inc., Hipotronics Division, where they worked as a Regional Sales Manager for South America from 1993 to 1997. David then moved on to Kaydon Corporation, where they served as a Program Manager for Space Products in the Electro Tech Division from 1997 to 2000. Burgess then joined Universal Voltronics Corp as a Vice President of Sales & Marketing, from 2000 to 2003, where they were responsible for new business and opening new markets worldwide.

In 2005, Burgess joined Spellman High Voltage Electronics Corporation as the General Manager, overseeing independent sales, engineering, manufacturing, and quality personnel. David was also involved in post-acquisition integration and organizational development. In 2010, they became the Vice President of Corporate Business Development, reporting directly to the President and CEO. In this role, they were responsible for developing and implementing global strategic initiatives, conducting market research, and managing engineering, sales, and manufacturing locations on two continents. Finally, in 2013, Burgess was promoted to Chief Marketing Officer at Spellman High Voltage Electronics Corporation.

David Burgess has a diverse education history. David began their education journey in 1987 at Clarkson University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. This program lasted until 1991. After a long interval, in 2014, they enrolled in Columbia Business School to study Business, but the specific degree they pursued is not mentioned. In 2016, David continued their education at Columbia Business School, this time participating in an Executive Education program focused on Brand Leadership.
