Edwin Lewis

Edwin (Ned) Lewis is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and compliance. Currently serving as Corporation Counsel and Ethics Officer at Spellman High Voltage Electronics Corporation since November 2014, Lewis oversees legal matters for a top manufacturer in the x-ray equipment sector. Additionally, Lewis has held the position of Counsel to the Executive Director at the Center For Global Governance, Reporting and Regulation, Lubin School of Business, Pace University, providing legal guidance on regulatory law and corporate ethics. An Associate Professor at Pace University’s MBA program, Lewis has also served in senior legal roles at GT Solar, Photronics, American Science & Engineering, Inc., and Borg Warner Security Corporation, where responsibilities included general counsel and compliance oversight. Lewis holds a BA in International Affairs from Lafayette College and a J.D. from Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law.
