Eric Nagys

Eric Nagys currently serves as the Global Director of New Product Introduction at Spellman High Voltage Electronics Corporation, a position held since January 2021, where responsibilities include standardizing the Global NPI process and creating a robust application for NPI and product transfer activities. Prior to this role, Eric held multiple positions at MC Assembly from December 2002 to September 2020, including Senior Manager of New Product Introduction and Operations Document Control Manager, where management of the centralized corporate configuration team was a key focus. Additional experience includes a role as Technical Account Manager at SMTEK International, overseeing the transfer of equipment and customer accounts, Engineering Manager at Century Electronics, where leadership included managing Product and Process Engineering teams and establishing BGA processing capabilities, and as Process Improvement Engineer at AEC - American Electronic Components.
