Robert Kerley

Robert Kerley has over 30 years of work experience in various industries such as high tech manufacturing, telecom, defense, and mining. Robert has held executive positions such as Chief Financial Officer, Vice President, and Corporate Controller at companies like Spellman High Voltage Electronics Corporation, Phosphate Holdings Inc., Walter Energy, Emerson Network Power - Avocent, Symbol Technologies, Inc., and RPK Enterprises, Inc. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for financial reporting, strategic direction, forecasting, budgeting, and planning, as well as managing the accounting function and ensuring compliance with SOX regulations.

Robert Kerley attended Oklahoma Christian University from 1982 to 1985, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the Oklahoma State Board of Public Accountancy.
