Cynthia E. Jackson

Cynthia Jackson is the Founder/CEO of Workforce Loyalty, a next-generation software product and services company, providing solutions for staffing companies. Jackson is responsible for all aspects of the business from design to implementation.

As a leader, Jackson has always felt it was her responsibility to solve problems. While working for 10 years in the staffing industry for B2B Workforce, a Randstad Company, there were plenty of problems to solve. One problem that plagued Jackson, even after she became President of B2B, was how to consistently communicate with and engage consultants in the field. Soon after leaving B2B, the idea for myStatusfy was formed. Jackson and her partner created myStatusfy specifically to solve the problem of Candidate Care for all staffing companies.

As president of B2B, Jackson managed the sales efforts for the public sector practice. Throughout her career with the company, she held multiple roles including Deputy COO, COO, and Vice President of Operations. Jackson also managed B2B’s diversity efforts by creating a mentor protégé program and partnerships with several diversity firms. Prior to working for B2B, Jackson was director of the international support group/technical solutions group for Synavant, a software company. While working for Synavant, she managed projects and teams across the globe including, but not limited to, Japan, Austria, Italy, Australia and Brazil.
