Jennifer Medcraff ACIM is a seasoned communications and marketing professional with extensive experience across various roles and sectors. Currently serving as an Executive Committee Member at LGcomms since April 2024, Jennifer has held multiple leadership positions at Spelthorne Borough Council since May 2019, focusing on communications and customer experience. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Newsquest, spanning from August 2005 to November 2019, where Jennifer specialized in educational multimedia solutions and media consulting. Jennifer began a career in sales at Wallis from March 2002 to July 2005. Academically, Jennifer holds a CIM Diploma in Professional Marketing from London Marketing Set and a Bachelor of Arts in Media Arts and Management from St Mary's University, Twickenham.
