Terry Collier

Terry Collier is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in local government finance and management. Currently serving as Director at Knowle Green Estates Ltd since May 2017 and as Deputy Chief Executive and Chief Finance Officer at Spelthorne Borough Council since April 2015, Terry has focused on achieving sustainable financial stability amid declining central government grants. With a long tenure at Spelthorne Borough Council beginning in February 2006, Terry played a pivotal role in assembling a £700 million commercial property portfolio to generate long-term income. Previous roles include Chief Accountant at Mole Valley District Council and Assistant Director of Finance at Hampshire Constabulary. Terry holds an MA in Finance and Accountancy from Leeds Beckett University and a BA in History from the University of York.
