Elana Fishman

Elana Fishman is an experienced professional in the fields of counseling, data management, and camp administration. Currently serving as an Interim Care Provider at Spence-Chapin Services to Families and Children since August 2023, Elana previously held significant roles at Camp Ramah In The Berkshires, including Director of Camper Care and Yoetzet, where responsibilities included supporting the mental well-being of over 200 campers and facilitating conflict resolution. Elana's background also includes extensive experience in clinical data management at DZS Software Solutions, focusing on clinical research studies and FDA trial preparations, as well as career counseling at the College of Mount Saint Vincent and Stuyvesant High School.
