Ben Williams is an accomplished engineering and product design professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering and Product Design at Spencer's since November 2021, Ben has previously held significant positions such as Group Engineering and Technical Services Manager at Zima Corporation and President at Focus Engineering Management International. Ben's expertise spans the design and manufacturing of custom equipment for wastewater and industrial applications, consumer gas products, and R&D for advanced product development. With a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Haven, obtained in 1989, Ben has demonstrated a robust career marked by a focus on innovation and operational excellence.
