Rick Nunez

Rick Nunez is a proven leader with over 15 years of experience in sales, operations, and service. Currently serving as Associate Director of Operations at Spencer's since April 2016, Rick previously held the position of District Manager at TJX from November 2005 to January 2015, where responsibilities included talent acquisition, development, succession planning, goal setting, and performance management. Prior to that, Rick was a District Sales Manager at Staples from January 1997 to November 2005, overseeing a $90 million market and focusing on training and developing General Managers to enhance sales, profit, and service performance.
