Heath Williamson BSc MCIOB has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Heath started their career as an Engineer at Clugston Construction Limited in 1990 and worked their way up to becoming a Project Manager. In 2001, they joined CLUGSTON GROUP LIMITED as a Development Manager before returning to Clugston Construction Limited in 2002. At Spencer Group, they held various senior management roles, including Senior CM, Operations, Engineering & Procurement Director. In 2018, they became the Regional Manager at Britcon (UK) Limited, responsible for the management and development of all business operations. Currently, they serve as the Business Development Director at Spencer Group.

Heath Williamson obtained their Higher National Certificate (HNC) in Building Construction Technology from Grimsby Technical College, where they studied from 1985 to 1989. Heath further pursued their education at Sheffield Hallam University from 1992 to 1996, graduating with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Construction Management.
