Renita Brown, CRCP-I has a diverse work experience. Renita is currently the Director of Revenue Cycle at Spencer Hospital since October 2020. Prior to that, they held various roles at Van Diest Medical Center, including Business Office Manager from January 2018 to October 2020, Business Office Lead from July 2016 to January 2018, and Patient Access and Financial Services Supervisor from August 2015 to July 2016. Renita also worked as a Financial Counselor at Van Diest Medical Center from April 2012 to August 2015, where they were responsible for counseling and educating patients on obtaining financial assistance and healthcare coverage. Before that, they worked as a Collection Representative at CBE Group from August 2010 to March 2012, and as a Collector at Wells Fargo from August 2007 to August 2008.

Renita Brown, CRCP-I, holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management: Business Administration from the University of Northern Iowa, obtained in 2015. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Arts in General Studies from Iowa Central Community College, completing their studies in 2008. Renita'seducation journey began at Fort Dodge Senior High, where they attended from 2002 to 2006. Renita has also obtained additional certifications including CRCP-I from the American Association of Healthcare Adminsitrative Management in July 2019, Certified Application Counselor from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services in October 2018, and CRCS-I from the American Association of Healthcare Adminsitrative Management in May 2017.
