Mike Carlson

Mike Carlson has extensive experience in utility and telecommunications management, currently serving as the Assistant General Manager at Spencer Municipal Utilities since May 2012. In addition to this role, Mike has held positions as Human Resources Manager and Customer Service Manager within the same organization. Prior to joining Spencer Municipal Utilities, Mike worked at Terril Telephone Co-op / Cadre Teleservices from September 1991 to May 2012, where Mike held the position of Chief Operating Officer.
