Tom Reid

Tom Reid is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the recruitment industry, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Spencer Ogden since July 2010. In this role, Tom is responsible for the strategic direction and day-to-day management of the company's operations across the Asia Pacific region, overseeing multiple offices in key locations including Taiwan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Perth, and Melbourne. Previously, Tom held several key positions within Spencer Ogden, including Singapore Country Director and Manager of Contract Recruitment, focusing on the growth and development of teams across the Asia Pacific. Prior to joining Spencer Ogden, Tom worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at McLaren Automotive Ltd, where responsibilities included improving process methods in a high-performance assembly environment. Tom holds an MBA Essentials from The London School of Economics and Political Science, a Master's degree in Automotive Engineering, and has completed undergraduate studies in Automotive Engineering at Loughborough University.
