Silvia D'Onofrio

Silvia D'Onofrio is currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Services at Spencer Savings Bank since December 2024. Previously, Silvia held the position of Global Workplace Lead at Everest from September 2023 to September 2024. At AXA XL, Silvia worked as Operations Director for the Americas, overseeing facility operations and infrastructure planning for the New York office and other sites from October 2020 to September 2022. Silvia’s experience also includes a long tenure at XL Catlin as Operations Director for New York and the U.S., where daily operations for the New York office were managed from November 2008 to October 2020. Silvia began as Office Manager at XL Insurance America, Inc. from May 2003 to November 2008, responsible for day-to-day operations and vendor management in the New York office. Educational background includes studies at KCC.
